If you are familiar with FULL-BODY-LICIOUS, you should be able to complete 3 sets of each combo. Superset the exercises in the combo, resting 45 seconds before repeating.

    Thanks Flavia, I workout at home, what could I substitute for the leg press and hack squat?

      For hack squat you can do a front squat. The purpose is to be able to go down into the squat as low as possible…if you don’t have a barbell at home, use a heavy dumbbell and hold it with two hand infront, inline with your clavical. For a leg press, weighted squats, wide stance emphasizing pushing through your heels will work. Try lowering slowly and powering up fast.

    Hey Flavia,

    How do you get rid of wobbly bits/lovehandles. i have a great body but just those love handles down the lower back won’t go away
    Any suggestions

      HIIT! Does it every time….high intensity interval training that is. If you are new to it, start with 20 minutes 2-3 times a week. Sprints, elipitcal, stairs..whatever you can do intervals on.

        i have a home gym bike, so if i do 20mins fast cycling 2-3 times a week will that help flavia
        they are pretty stubborn. i have a medicine ball aswell. will russian twists help

          Try doing one mintute FAST, 30 seconds slow. Make sure you don’t do too many oblique exercises as they will increase your waist size. Focus more on the lower abs.
