    Congratulations Flavia!!!!!! You look great!!! I must admit I envy you. One question that I have, Why did you cut out eggs the last 2 weeks? Just wondering. Thank you, Marie

      Thanks Marie! Dairy causes water retention which is opposite to what I wanted in the last 2 weeks of the photoshoot. Water tends to make us look heavier than we are but you don’t need to cut this out of your diet, I have eggs several times a week.

    Hi Flavia,

    I just wanted to ask you something about my friend.
    She’s really skinny and she wants to put on some weight but she doesn’t know how. She eats 5x more than I do but nothing.
    What do you suggest?

      Hey Andreja, I would make sure she is eating enough carbs. I would say at least 50% of her intake, up to 60%. She needs to eat lean protein with every meal, and include some good fats too. Eating complex carbs throughout the day and having a good portion immediately following her workout. And see above comments for muscle building tips.

    Thanks for sharing Flavia, you look great, incredible quads! Maybe you could share some of your quad and glute building tips? I enjoyed hearing what you’re doing this weekend, sounds like a busy but fun weekend!

      Thanks Anna, I am about to head to my parents town for the shower but wanted to get in some questions here… To build glutes you really have to get low in squats and squeeze the crap out of them when you are training them throughout every leg movement. For Quads, heavy squats, hack squats, followed by some of the exercises Ryan and I did to really burn them out. Do some exercises at the 6-8 rep mark and others at 8-10, and some 12-15. Rest a lot and eat enough cards and protein to get those legs muscular.
