Hello Flavia yes today is truely a motivational day. Today is the first time in almost 2 weeeks I was able to workout due to a minor med procedure. I could not workout and used this time to refocus and plan a new program using all the information I receive and to really comitt to my goal. Today I did 1/2 hr of fencing and my second workout was a spin for 25 mins. Wow my muscles felt stronger from a rest of non stop for few years. I have a question if it is ok to ask. How much strength or muscle does one lose After 12 days of downtime and is there Anything special you need to do to get back to where you were physically ? Thank you and have a merry Christmas you and your family

Hey Paula, you may feel a little weak but it won’t take you more than 3 or 4 workouts to feel strong again. Nothing special other than take your time with the workouts, don’t go all-out until you get back into a few workouts – that way you won’t pull anything or get too sore!

Merry Christmas, happy to hear you are back!
