Merry Christmas Flavia, I have some concerns about your workouts. I have a REALLY BAD KNEE. I get shots every 4 to 6 months, it’s that bad. I work out w/double knee braces on my left knee and one on my right knee. I work out in my living room every morning at 4:30 and Sundays at 6:30am. I modify the exercises to make sure I don’t hurt myself. I can’t do a regular push up or plank because I have a problem w/my left foot. ( I am a mess!) I need to know if your routines are modifiable, since all my DVDs have “modifiers” on them. I am always looking for new routines to keep me from getting bored. I have so far lost about 60 pounds since the start of 2012. I have at least 60 more to loose.

      Hi Judi,
I think Flavia’s FBL program would still be great for you. She does show you how to make certain exercises easier. If any exercise causes pain please stop and re assess. Pain is your body telling you to stop. Great job and congratulations on all you have acheived so far!

    • Flavia says:

Hey Judi, there is no modifications for injuries – sorry about that. You would just need to modify them as your physician or health care provided suggests.
