    Flavia, are you considering getting pregnant? I am just asking because people keep mentioning weight gain and I noticed you have gone back to your natural hair color since you aren’t supposed to color hair while pregnant. If you are starting a family, I am so happy for you and Vince 😉 Good luck, either way.

    Thank you for the workout. For the first exercise, how much does a barbell typically weigh? 45lbs? Any advice on the best way to work up to that exercise?

      Hey Emily,
      A typical barbell weighs 45 lbs. They do make 25 lb barbells that you could substitute, or use an EZ bar. If you do not have access to those then Dumbbells are fine. 🙂

      As Flavia states in the video, Beginner: 1 – 2 sets, Intermediate: 2 – 3 sets, Advanced can go for 4 sets.

    I would imagine that anyone viewing Flav’s Website is obviously quite conscious of their weight. Some of the comments made here – for example of gaining some weight – try to think of how it would feel if those comments were made to you….And, as far as pregnancy, that can be a very touchy subject – if couples have had trouble or are maybe paranoid and want to wait to announce. Just some general comments.

    BTW, Flav – great exercises, great site, great inspiration and recipes always! Thank you.

    Wow… I still think you look bloody lean & no trainer really wants to hear any pregnant or gaining weight comments just like everyone else.. You’ve always remained in awesome shape and you do a few challenges and strip a lot on top of that and the results are amazing but you can’t stay like that forever you’d be starving 🙂

    Keep doing what your doing u have one of the hottest physiques and your so damn pretty yet humble, Vince is one lucky man & Im sure it goes both ways..

    Hi Flavia,

    What could I do as an alternative to the tricep dips? I don’t have the capability in my home gym. Would bench dips be just as effective?
    LOVE your workouts and variety of workouts. Variety is the spice of life and it sure keeps me going.

  • We have almost everything I am able to think of and i also furthermore got a couple different professionals give it a shot. every thing will go okay and soon you try to put in a suppose OS.
