Women have special needs when it comes to staying fit. I discovered through my own attempts to get fit that most exercise and diet programs simply don't work for women. As a registered nurse I began to study nutrition for women, became a certified personal trainer and developed workout and diet programs just for women.
My program, FULL-BODY-LICIOUS, is designed to meet the special needs of women. From exercises just for us, to the special nutrition needs of women, I'll help you understand your body better and learn to live a more healthy and fit lifestyle.

Hey Flavia, I’m trying to get back into the swing of things after graduating college and getting married. I’v done your full bodylicious program before at home version but now I’m trying to do 3-4 days a week in the gym instead, it seems more motivating to me to workout in the gym. A couple of questions: I’m still having trouble getting alot of vegetables throughout the day bc I’m a teacher so I basically have time for breakfast, lunch, and then home for dinner. I know your not crazy about supplements for substitutes but is there any thing you can suggest to help me here? Next question is I’v tried to stomach the meat and protein for breakfast and it’s just not appealing to me anything else I could eat for breakfast? Lady question ( sorry there’s so many) do you think that cutting pasta and breads would be a realistic start to changing my diet? Your help is always appreciated, thanks!
Hey Chelsey, I am a huge believer in supplements – whole food based and organic. One greens drink is perfect and the other way is to juice. I juice at least once a day and I have more if I need too.
Meat – any fat and protein here is great. You could stick to eggs in omelettes, cottage cheese, greek yogurt for protein and add fats such as avocado.
Cutting pasta and bread is necessary to maintain a healthy body fat and be healthy from the inside out. These foods are processed and do NOTHING good for you. Plan treat days where you go out of the house to have your pasta or bread nights. Limit it to one night a week.
Flavia, I appreciate your quick response. Thank you for all your information on your site! I don’t know what juicing is, what is it?! And what supplements do you recommend since I’m not getting my veggies through out the day?! Thanks again!
Hi Chelsey,
you can simply put veggies, small amount of fruit (for taste) and water in a juicer/highpowered blender and drink up!
Flavia recommends athletic greens as a supplement for veggies: http://www.athleticgreens.com
All the best!
