Hey i was wondering if i decided to do these at home if i could use a ball for the incline dumbbell fly and use the ball for support for the bicep curl? Thanks again
That should be a good substitution! Since it requires more stability doing these on the ball rather than bench be careful. 🙂

In my first trimester and loving all of your posts! I was doing FBL (three weeks into my first trimester….unknowingly). Once I found out I immediately switched to these and come less intense cardio. I haven’t had nausea except for in the morning. I too have to eat ASAP or I throw up. Keep the posts coming and congrats on your pregnancy! Thank you!
