THE WEEKEND

Hope your weekend was great.

Made it to prenatal yoga -YAY!
Had a couple great workouts – YAY!
Ate rather well – YAY!
Had M&M’s Sunday night – YUM!

MY STRUGGLES

Cooking struggles again! Feeling really tired due to business over my weekend and week. I had a busy work week, but I did manage to get in all my workouts and some cooking. BUT…by the time the weekend came, I was super tired and did not want to cook Sat or Sun. Vince and I went out to eat both nights and we were good one out of the two nights 🙂

TAKE-OUTS

– PREP PREP PREP! Stay on top of prepping for your week ahead of time and stocking your refrigerator with ONLY healthy foods.

– Eat something nutritious if your gonna have a treat meal. Vince and I still made sure to have a ton of veggies with our dinner Sunday night. I could have left out the M&M’s but they were left here and I wish I didn’t remember that!

Although I didn’t prep AGAIN for this coming week, I did clear up my schedule for a couple hours Monday afternoon to cook for a few days in advance. I did grab groceries, so I should be ready to conquer the week!

How was your weekend?

    Flavia,

I love hearing how your weekend went! Sounds like you had a busy week! You are so on top of things and motivated! I love hearing about your weekends! It’s actually nice to hear that fitness pros struggle with alot of the same things the rest of us do when it comes to the healthy eating. I do have a question for you though – I workout first thing in the morning (3 days a week with a personal trainer at 5:15am) and then another 3 days on my own around 5:30am or 6am) – I do not like to eat before working out so how should I make adjustments to the nutrition guide?

I’m looking forward to hearing this reply as well. I work out at 6am, before my children wake up, and all the stuff I read mainly focus on eating before a workout (no thanks) or working out in the middle of the day, which won’t work for me at all. Thanks for asking the question!

I cannot seem to get your curvelicious videos to download. I saved them to my laptop but cannot get them to download on a cd. Can you just purchase them and ship them to me or is this the only way to purchase your product? Also any tips on core… I feel like I have been doing sit ups a lot and although I feel stronger and can do much more my stomach seems to be sticking out…:( I heard that if you focus more on rectus abdominals then transverse this can happen…any suggestions or situps that target transverse opposed to just rectus…thank you!!

      Hi Peggy,
Please submit a ticket to the helpdesk http://www.flaviliciousfitness.com/helpdesk and our tech team will get you fixed up with the DVDs. There is a hardcopy of Curvalicious available to purchase.

It is important to work your entire abdomen and that you are burning the fat off of your stomach. If you are following the recommendations in Flavia’s programs you should be great.
      All the best!

wondering if you could help me struggling with getting the booty area tighter? when I was really heavy I had no cellulite on that area and since I have lost weight and I do work out it has become more of a problem, what do you recommend it’s very embarrassing!
    thank you!!

    • Flavia says:

Hey Misty. Of course. There are a lot of workouts under workout videos on legs! Also, look at the 7 lessons in fat loss. THe way you eat has a huge significance on cellulite as well. The best exercises are squatting heavy, hamstring curls, bridges and lunges.

I’m impressed, I must say. Really hardly ever do I encounter
a weblog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me inform you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the issue is one thing that not sufficient people are talking intelligently about. I’m very glad that I stumbled throughout
this in my search for something regarding this.
