Best Stretches for Women

Stand straight and feet shoulder width apart. Lift arms above your head while clasping your hands together. Push up into the sky as high as if you are trying to elongate your back.

When you’re sitting at your desk for an extended period, stretch every 30 minutes.

    Hi, I was wondering if you have any suggest about exercise and diet towards women who are diagnosed with hypothyroidism or taking hormonal medications. I had my thyroid removed and now have to take synthroid for the rest of my life. I have always have been active gym,running, trekking, bike riding etc. Now, have a hard time to lose weight and keep my tone. any advise would be great

      Hey Rose, it’s important that you eat protein with every meal, especially for breakfast, eat a lot of healthy fats and stay aways from simple carbohydrates. That is the best advice I can give. Keep up with your exercise! You’re metabolism is slower so you have to keep it going with exercise and the right kinds of foods (protein and fats).

  • Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is great blog. A fantastic read. I’ll definitely be back.
