Hi Flavia! I am a new mom that realistically can work out three-four times a week. I have owned FULL-BODY-LICIOUS for a while now (before baby) and am curious how I can tailor it to my new schedule. Thankfully the Y here has child care, so I can for sure get one hour, three times a week. Your work out is 5 days a week, so I am not sure how to really go about this. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

    Warmly,
    Lillie

      Hi Lillie,
You would simply do days 1, 2, and 3 one week, then days 4, 5, and 1 the next week, and so on. That way you are still doing all of the workouts equally, leading to a balanced physique. 🙂
      All the best!
