Leg Workout:

10 Front Lunges

15 Lying Leg Curls

20 Seated Calf Raises

Rest for 10 seconds

10 Squat Jumps

15 Skater Jumps

20 Leg Extensions

    Just The names of some of the exercises do not mean anything, I really feel a video demonstration of each exercise would Benifit a lot of people & fully understand. How they should be performing each exercise.
