Cardio Lover – HIIT Workout
Treadmill, Cycling, Running.
I walk my dog an hour a day. He needs it but I like it as well. I incorporate HITT into my walks. I dash up a hill and walk back down – do it a few times as fast as I can – then carry on with our walk. Now in the snow it’s even harder. Sometimes I do burpees or squat jumps HITT style too. But for myself, I think it’s been a combo of the random HITT and walking. And lifting of course :p
I am going to defo do this in the gym tomorrow. It is really good to warm up before I do my Full Body Licious . Determined to be toned and look good. I am 43 year old wife and mother of 3 children. I just want to achieve something I am I proud of that I have done all on my own, and the bonus part, is to look good for my age.
