Lying Triceps Extension (on stability ball)

How To: Laying with back on ball or bench, as shown. Hold dumbbells in hand, arms straight up infront of you. Bring dumbbells down to the sides of your head, only bending at the elbow. Bring back up and repeat. 

Muscle Used: Tricpes, core and Glutes

Calories Burned: 50 in 10 Minutes
