    I am a group fitness instructor – part time personal trainer and overall gym rat – my diet is the pits and now that I am over 40 all my little tricks don’t work anymore – I am strong and in good shape but I have steadily gained over 10lbs from my poor eating choices – ARRRRGGG – suggestions how to get my head on straight and finally get my eating under control -

      Hi Carol,
      I know it can be hard eating healthy every single day but the results really do make it worthwhile. Try to make small changes each day for the better, swapping coke for water, bread for rice, ect. Another thing which may help is finding some yummy recipes to spice up your meal plan while still sticking to only healthy ingredients. :)
