Split Pea Soup

This is a delicious and perfect soup for those winter months
Ingredients
  • 6 c Flavia's homemade broth **
  • 2 c organic dried green split peas, rinsed
  • 1 c carrots, diced
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped (include leaves)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried marjoram
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Let cool for 3 - 5 minutes. Puree soup in a blender or processor; return to the pan. Heat for 5 minutes.

    I just wanted to ask, is there any specific difference between your full-body-licious program and the curvalicious one? Thanks in advance.

      Hi Jane,
      Full-Body-Licious is more geared for fat loss and involves full body workouts in every workout. Curvalicious is a fat loss system but it is geared towards giving your muscles shape as we incorporate different rep ranges and lift heavier weights for some exercises to stimulate muscle growth.

      Also, Curvalicious is targeted towards one muscle group at a time so the workouts are more body part specific.
