Hi. I have really been wanting to get my upper body fit and gain muscle. I am following Musclicious right now. What advise do you have about exercising the rotator cuff muscles. I been hearing some things that you need to exercise these also. Any suggested exercises?

      Hi Teresa,
Great goal, Musclicious should definitely do that for you! 🙂 It definitely will not hurt you to do extra rotator cuff work one or twice a week. Just google or youtube rotator cuff exercises and pretty much any of those are good. With the rotator cuff exercises you want to go really light and work in the higher rep range. These exercises are to help strengthen your stabilizer muscles, not pack on size in your shoulders. 🙂
      All the best!
