Flank Steak with Avocado Mash & Spinach

- Grape Seed Oil
- Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Broil Steak at 500 degree F for 2 minutes on each side. While cooking, mash avocado with salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Sauté the spinach in a pan. Plate items and enjoy!
