Cable Biceps Curl

Adjust the cables to shoulder height. Keep tempo steady through out the movement.

1. Lower for 2 seconds

2. Pull back

    Is there a resistance band alternative? I don’t have access to gym equipment. Also, how do dumbbell curls differ from this type of curl?

      Hi Heather,
      You can wrap the resistance band around anything that is about eye level and curl it just as Flavia has shown. You could also just stand on the band and curl it, same with dumbbells. All of the exercises are very similar and will work your biceps, just with a few different angles.
