    Second time question submitted:

Is Full Body Licious or Curvalicious better for home workouts? We have free weights, medicine balls, cables, and swiss balls.

      Mike,

Both programs are designed to be performed in either the home OR the gym so either workout can be done at home. The focus of each program differs though. FBL is designed more as a fat loss program. It focuses on low weight/high reps and little rest between exercises. It’s also a full body workout so, even though there are days dedicated to each muscle group, the entire body still gets a workout.

Curvalicious differs from FBL in that Curvalicious is a high weight/low rep program designed to build muscle more than lose fat. With Curve, each day is dedicated to a specific muscle group with little to no inclusion of other muscle groups. Some type of cardio should be included along with each of these programs but more so with curve because, as a muscle building program instead of fat loss program, your heart rate may not get high enough to constitute fat loss.

I only have Curvalicious but I absolutely love it. I do both the home versions and the gym versions. I like building feminine muscles so I chose Cruve. If you’ve never purchased either program then I’d recommend Fullbodylicious FIRST just because it’s a fat loss program and most people on here prefer the fat loss full body workouts versus the slower paced muscle building program. Not only that but you can increase the weight and lower the reps of te FBL workouts to see more of a muscle building effect (though certain exercise should be done with the recommended weight–that’s at your discretion though).

      I hope this helps!

You can do either at home. It depends on it you want to do a total body workout or a split workoutvwhich you should choose. I have completed both at home
