    I’ve been trying to get into shape for years. My body don’t cooperate. I have a very hard time shaping my muscles.
    I know that my eating has a lot to do with it. But not even when I was eating really clean, and lost fat for the first time in my life, I was able to see a lot of definition.
    I trained with a lady that used to compete, and she was tough. I used to work out 3 times a week,plus 2 times boot camp, and I was following a good meal plan. I did this for around 7 months before I have to move. I felt great inside, specially since I was eating healthy, but on the outside, I was not getting the result that regular people got in that amount of time . The lady told me that I have to push harder, but I was doing everything she told me to do, working out and eating right.
    Anyways, to make the story short. I had to move and everything went downhill for me.
    I tried again with another trainer, but never saw results.
    I am so disappoint, I don’t know why my body take so long in getting shape.
    I came across your videos , and first of all, you look amazing. I don’t pretend to look like you , but I want to see some muscle definition on my body. I am 33 years old, 125 pounds. I don’t know how much body fat I have. The last time I got a measurement was around 23%, the lowest I got was 19%.
    I want to buy one of your programs, but not sure which one. I have to work out from home, since I am not a member of a gym, so I was thinking about the curvalicious . My problem is that I lack motivation. I need something to give me motivation to do the exercise.
    I am planning a trip to Argentina in October, so I will use this,but I would like to know if you are planning on any contest soon. I never participated on a contest before, and I think it could be a real challenge and motivation for me.
    Please send me some tips. Also I never really understand how to do supplements, which ones are the must have?

      Hi Romina,
      I think Curvalicious would be perfect for you! It can be done from home with minimal equipment. I’m sorry about all of your difficulties obtaining the physique you want.
