    Hi Flavia.

    I am a newcomer to your blog and have found it very helpful so far so thank you.

    I have been out of school for a few years now and have put on 15 kilograms since leaving. I have tried those weird starvation diets, I exercise all the time and recently I have been not only eating healthy but also cutting those portions in half. Today i weighed myself and I have put on another kilogram and a half and throughout everything I haven’t lost a single kilogram and have steadily been putting on weight.

    However, I have been diagnosed with a serious anxiety disorder and so many people say that the medication makes you put on weight and stops you from losing it.

    I would really appreciate it if you have any insights regarding my situation. I put in excessive amount of effort and receive the opposite of results and every time I put on another kilogram I feel more dejected and feel like I’m merely wasting my time.

    Please give me some advice.

      Glad you are enjoying the blog! Sounds like you may not be eating enough and you have put yourself into starvation mode.
