how-to-do-an-incline-push-up

How To:

This exercise is performed similar to the normal push-up with the exception of the incline. Using an incline helps to target different muscles.

Place your hands on a bench or raised platform. You hands should be under  your shoulders. Lower yourself down and hold for one second. Be sure to get your chest all the way down to the bench.

What muscles does it work compared to a normal push-up?

      Hi Denis,
This exercise will hit more upper chest than a regular push up would. It is also a little bit easier than a normal push up so an incline push up is a great way to work up to being able to do a full push up.
      All the best!
