Side Lunge with Bicep Curl:
How To: Start in standing position with feet together and a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your elbow close to your body throughout movement. Step with your right leg to the side and bend at the knee. Keep left leg straight. As you step to the right, bend at the elbow, palm facing in. Lower your arm as you return to start position. Switch sides and repeat with left leg and arm.
