    Not sure where to post my question, but i want to join you in following your ab diet for the next couple of weeks. You advice to have veggies with all of your meals. Everywhere you read, have lots of veggies, veggies always seem to be unlimited, but when i eat lots of veggies i suffer from extreme bloating and feel anything but slim. I already use digestive enzyms, but that doesn’t seem to help.
    Only way not feeling bloated is by eating very limited veggies. I really want to follow your guidelines and diet, but sure how to folllow it. How much veggies do i need to take with each meal?

      Hi Petra,
      I typically eat 1 – 2 cups of vegetables at each meal. If you’re not used to eating vegetables with every meal it might just take your system about a week to adjust. I would recommend trying different kinds of vegetables to see if some react worse than others (maybe you have a sensitivity) Then if you’re still having touble, try getting your blood work done or seeing a dietician/naturopathic doctor to discuss your digestive issues.
