TRX Supine Pull Up

How To: Lie on the floor and grip ropes with your hands facing inward. As you pull youself up, keep your elbows tucked in to your sides. Do not lower yourself all the way to the floor,  this way you will use your muscles throughout the entire movement. For beginners, bend at the knees. For advanced,  keep legs straight.

Muscles Used: Trapezius Latissimus Dorsi Biceps

    Hi Flavia

I am one of your customers and I really enjoy your programs. I have fullbodylicious and curvalicious, plus I purchase the keddle bells training.
I post a couple of questions that I was wishing you would answer, specially some of them, but I always got replies from Anna, which I apreciate, but it would be nice to hear directly from you sometimes.
I know you are a pretty busy lady, but from what I have been reading in other post there are many women as confused as I am, and would apreciate if some of the replies to the post come from you. After all these are your programs and suggestions.
    thank you.

      Hi Romina
Under 18% body fat is where your body will start to look really tight and you’ll be able to see a lot more definition. I have consulted Flavia with your questions. Could you send us a three day meal plan of what you have been eating and we can tweak it for you to help you see the best results. You can submit a ticket with it to http://www.flaviliciousfitness.com/helpdesk
      All the best!

Alt workout to this at home?

    • Anna says:

      Hi LJ,
You could set yourself up under a desk or table and pull yourself up to it, mimicking the same movement that you would with the TRx.
      All the best!

      Hi Jenn,
It depends on what time you workout. If you are working out pretty much as soon as you get up then just have a quick P + V then workout. If not, have P + F + V for breakfast. 🙂
      All the best!
