How To: Squat down as far as you can squat. Jump up using your arms momentum or keep them up. When you reach the top of the platform, keep the bend in the knees. This should be a soft jump to protect your knees. Jump back down to the ground softly and squat down to the starting position. Landing on your toes protects your joints.
