Tuna Taco Salad
- 1/2 cup tuna
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 2 tbsp home made salsa*
- 1/3 cup home made mayonnaise*
- Bowl of fresh greens
- In a small bowl separate from the tuna and greens combine all ingredients together and mix.
- Add tuna
- Pour over salad and enjoy!
- Add on any additional toppings you wish. (i.e. Avocado, gluten free nach chips, olives, organic cheese…etc.)
