Pretty Posture Workout
Front Pull 10 – 12 reps
DB Front Raise 8 – 10 Reps
DB Lateral Raise 8 – 10 Reps
DB Shoulder Press 10 Reps
DB Reverse Fly 8 – 10 Reps
Complete circuit 3 or 4 times. Try not to rest between exercises and rest for 30 seconds between circuits.
