Posture is very important. It influences first impressions and it’s almost like it reveals who a person is. If you see someone with great posture you think they are confident, take care of themselves, fit, well mannered…etc. This workout will help you correct your posture as well as help tone up your shoulders which in turn will make you look sleek, sexy and successful.

 

Pretty Posture Workout

Front Pull 10 – 12 reps

DB Front Raise 8 – 10 Reps

DB Lateral Raise 8 – 10 Reps

DB Shoulder Press 10 Reps

DB Reverse Fly 8 – 10 Reps

 

Complete circuit 3 or 4 times. Try not to rest between exercises and rest for 30 seconds between circuits.
