Metabolism Boosting Cajun Spice Rub

Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup paprika
  • 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1-3 teaspoons cayenne (depending on your spice preferences)
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄4 cup or less Aztec salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Stir well with a fork to combine evenly.
  3. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Rub will keep for up to 3 months.
