Boost your immunity with this powerful antioxidant shake.
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 grams glutamine
  • 1 gram vitamin C (powder or pill, halved)
  • 20 mg zinc
  • 300 mg magnesium (or use ZMA)
  • Ice cubes
  1. Start with water in blender and add in spinach.
  2. At low-speed being to blend while adding in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. When all ingredients are added, increase speed until liquid consistency is reach.
  4. Drinks and enjoy!
