Homemade Protein Bars

Save time and calories by making your very own protein bars. Super simple and fast.
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup casein protein - I use BioTrust, chocolate flavour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup natural almond butter
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with wax paper
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together until well mixed (may need to heat in microwave for 10 seconds)
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix together
  5. Add the new mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly to edges
  6. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes
  7. Cut into 10 when ready
