Homemade Protein Bars

- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup casein protein - I use BioTrust, chocolate flavour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup natural almond butter
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with wax paper
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together until well mixed (may need to heat in microwave for 10 seconds)
- Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix together
- Add the new mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly to edges
- Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes
- Cut into 10 when ready
