Post Workout Shrimp Dish
  • 4 oz medium to large Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In large sauce pan, heat up coconut oil
  2. Add in shrimp, salt and pepper. Toss around until cooked
  3. Place shrimp in bowl and toss in shredded coconut
  4. Serve with white rice & steamed broccoli
