    Thanks! 🙂

Just curious why you didn’t use tomato sauce (no hydrogenated oil or sugar)? Would it be ok to use?

Looks tasty… confession though, you lost me on the dough… is the cauliflower rice and cheese the dough!? if so wow!!! I really have to try this..interesting!

Sounds delicious! How do you process the cauliflower into rice?

BTW I’ve made the kale chips and they are so good!!!! The orange salad dressing is awesome too!

I am the worst cook ever and these recipes make it so easy! Thanks Flavia!

Is the cauliflower raw or cooked before you process it into ” rice”?
    Thanks

I’m also lost on the dough part. Is the cauliflower rice mixture standing in for dough?

Ok I have just made this – I added a clove of garlic and some fresh rosemary in the food processor when processing the cauliflower which added some extra flavour. I found a half a head of cauliflower was the right amount – a full head was too much. it takes a while for the caulfilower rice to cook/brown before adding in the egg and cheese. Mine was very tasty but a little soft in the middle. for toppings I added a passata mixture (tomato puree no additives) tuna, a couple of anchovies (drained) onion, spinach, fresh tomato and basil, a sprinkling of goats cheese and parmesan – Very yummy

    Hi Flavia,

I made this the other night! Yummy! I made a basil pesto (basil, organic olive oil, raw Parmesan cheese and raw pecans), used a thin layer spread as my sauce, layered with cooked chicken, some shavings of raw Parmesan and when finished under the broiler, layered some thin tomato slices. It sure cured my pizza fix 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing this! Hope you’re well!
