Hi there… this looks delicious!! However, it is not vegan since it contains honey, which is an animal product.

Thank you for a recipe that I can actually eat 🙂 I’ve read through your testimonials and wanted to know specifically if you have helped women that had 70# to lose AND has food allergies (to all nuts, seeds and gluten).

I’m down 50# through body building and spinning classes and am continuing to seek a way to build my muscle without bulking up and without losing the muscle I’ve built.

I know I need to burn the layer of fat off my muscle (which will help me not look so bulky) but I’m one of those women who have more muscle mass than the regular female body. I presently perform #385 to #510 leg lifts on the incline leg press machine and I’m not liking the “bulky” look I’m getting..I desire to be “cut” and lean.

Can you help? What products do you have that I should look into? SOS! SOS!

      Hi Stephanie,
First of all. awesome job on achieving such impressive lifts! Proper nutrition and losing the fat is really key to getting the “cut” look, rather than bulky. Also shortening your rest periods and keeping your heart rate high during your workouts will help. I think Flavia’s Curvalicious program would be perfect for you, you can read more about it here: http://www.curvaliciousworkout.com Let us know if you have any other questions. 🙂
      All the best!

Thanks for this recipe Flavia. I will definitely be trying it for myself and my family. These three ingreidents (vegan or not) are among the most nutrient dense foods–cocoa, coconut oil and raw honey. They are rich in antioxidants and add a nice sweetness to anything–especially smoothies. Thanks again Flav for investing in our health!!

Thank You for your kind words! 🙂 I really love this recipe! You can use agave which I have used 2 out of the many times I have made it and it tastes just as good. That makes it vegan.

What’s the better workouts at home full body or curve? We have weights, bands, medicine balls, and swiss balls.

  • Jennifer says:

This is not vegan, it calls for honey, which is an animal product.

  • Any solution for people with bad allergies to coconut?

    • Anna says:

You could substitute the coconut oil for raw, all natural butter. 🙂
      All the best!

My daughter uses coconut sugar instead of honey. Oh so good!

  • That seems more like the RIAA exploit the legal technique to get a fast dollar than these actually planning to prevent pirating. Really such as tunes is just the bait with regard to their precise profit-making machine. I probably would not become stunned if they expose their unique tunes onto the world wide web. While he truly should never get saved the music, one thing the court have to view here’s how influenced the “victim” will be and designate penalty accordingly. If it can eight sounds, chuck these $7 us dollars. That you will find justice. Not necessarily this kind of exorbitant total.
