Use this recipe to kick start your liver cleanse. The ladies that are part of my Mommylicious Challenge have used this recipe for the 5-Day Liver Cleanse.

- 1 cucumber
- 3 asparagus stalks
- 1/2 lemon
Move juice to blender and add:
- handful of cilantro
- handful of spinach
- handful of kale
- 2 green swiss chard stalks
do you have to juice the cucumber, asparagus & lemon? What purpose does that provide?
